

Step one
The first step in receiving an increase in your disability rating is to schedule an appointment with the administrative assistant. The administrator will meet with you on Google Meet (online video chat) to discuss the basics of your military experience to make sure you are a candidate who will benefit from our services. This is a FREE consultation.

Step two
The second step in receiving an increase in your disability rating is completing your Intake Form. This is a detailed questionnaire about you and your military experience. All information will be transferred to the official Disability Claim Form. You will also be asked to sign up for a consultation with Veteran Consultant, Eugene Baymon.
Within 24 hours an administrator will confirm your appointment by text or email. All appointments are done through Google Meet (online video chat), unless otherwise agreed upon.

Step three
The third step is your consultation with Veteran Eugene Baymon. Customers should expect a thorough deep dive into the conditions that transpired during their time in the military, whether Active Duty, Reserves or National Guard. After the official consultation is complete, you will be directed to have a family member or fellow service member to complete the buddy statement. The tab is at the top of the home page.

Step four
The fourth step is mailing the completed disability claim package to the VA. The waiting period for disability claims on average takes anywhere between 6-10 months to be processed by the VA. The Consultant with give further instructions during this waiting period.

Eugene Baymon is a 26 year U.S. Army Veteran who retired as a Lt. Colonel. He has been working with Vets for over 10 years to get their disability rating increased. Eugene has a passion to help Vets because he has seen the struggle that Vets go through when attempting to get their disability benefits. His passion runs deeply for Vets as it took close to 15 years for him to figure out how to get to 100% disability for himself. Throughout all the learning curves, Eugene has figured out a way to streamline this process, whereby helping Vets get the benefits they deserve in a much more timely fashion.
